Of course you should always check with your doctor, but after reading the article you supplied & a few others MY takeaway is that green tea, the actual tea (not supplements or extracts) is perfectly fine.
There are people out there that think if "a little" is good then a "lot" should be great...a couple cups of green tea should be fine. Make sure though that the tea you're drinking (green or otherwise) is a good quality tea.
Thank you SpongebobMom, I think I agree, the extract would be much stronger and therefore have a greater effect (not the same as more beneficial!). Will ask my Inv, trouble is I don’t think he knows! In the meantime I’ll carry on enjoying my green tea. Xxx
I have been drinking 1 cup of ceremonial matcha green tea several times per week in the afternoon. Take my Ibrance between 6-7 with dinner. as it lessens my fatigue somewhat. I had no idea it could effect the Ibrance..good to know. thank you for posting the link. Wonder what else would pep me up, I don't drink caffeine.
