I would recommend Magic Mouth. It has been discussed on this site previously. It is the only thing that worked for me. Take it at the first tingling of sore. You need a prescription and it is made up by pharmacist. Someone actually gave the recipe on this site.
Hi currently doc has asked her to stop post 7 days... As the ulcers were more... Were you asked to stop and how long before you could start
I rinse with baking soda and use the toothpaste paste that reduces acid in the mouth.
The magic mouthwash is equal parts liquid antacid, liquid benedryl, liquid lidocaine.
Sometimes I get blisters so I take Nystatin and the neit morning they are gone. I have to use it once in awhile because I get mouth sores from my inhalers for copd.
My sores were really bad, I could hardly swallow. I pretty much had to stick with liquids and very soft food. I never stopped treatment and I continued to use the magic mouth. It probably took 2 to 3 days for the soreness to go away but they immediately began to reduce in size and the pain went down considerably. And I never got more sores in the process.
Have you tried 'pulling' ? I find it soothes a sore mouth and do it as a preventative anyway. I use 1 tsp of coconut oil (not one tblspn) Do not spit it down the sink, the fats can block it...-spit into the bin. Here is a link - medicalnewstoday.com/articl...
