Hi. Just wondering if anyone has dizzy spells toward the end of the third week of cycle. I have had small dizzy spells but I’m a little concerned. Thanks. Marianne Marino

I’ve never tracked it but yes once in a while I’m off balance this month I’m exhausted in 3rd week. I should keep diary.

When I was on Ibrance and now Afinitor I looked up all possible side effects online. Dizzy spells and being off balance are a possible side effect.

Thanks for letting me know that. I was afraid something worse might be happening.

I've been on ibrance for 30 days 1 cycle. And I have had dizzy spells so bad that I have gone to the hospital. I am kind of fatigued a lot. But I feel that if it gives me a longer life feel blessed. Also take letrozole. I have Mets breast cancer. I'm happy there is anything we can take. I love this site thanks ladies margee

I'll have sudden waves of dizziness, some morning nausea (I'm newly on thyroid meds, too), rib pain and some days of exhaustion. It usually only lasts a day (except the nausea).

Hi Marianne... I am currently on my first cycle of Ibrance/letrozole and so far just feel exhausted at times.

Tomorrow I go for bloodwork to see how I’m doing.

Yes. I get extreme dizzy spells. Usually after standing (but not immediately). I can be in the next room and then I get so dizzy I nearly black out. My blood pressure does drop and the Ibrance is the only thing they can figure is causing it as they checked everything else. I thought I was the only one.

I find I'm off balance and extremely tired at the end of the three week cycle and a couple of days into time off. But I have low platelets on Ibrance so maybe that's why! Now on 3 weeks on 2 weeks off so bloodwork can recover.

So interesting you say that. My wbcs are so low after week 2 off I’m now on a routine of 3 weeks on and 3 off to recover. I wondered if I was alone in this as many seem ok with the 3 weeks on/1 off.Hope you’re otherwise se doing well. 🙏🏻❤️

I went through a full blown month long episode of vertigo. Super dizzy when turning to the right (only) I tried the Epperly treatment with no luck. After a weekend of up and down and all around yard work, it was gone !

Blood counts are lowest at this time, so dizzy spells may occur. Don’t get up too fast or stand too long if you’re feeling weak.
