Hi. Just wondering if anyone is having a problem with ibrance and seasonal allergies. I woke up today feeling very dizzy and sick. Thanks.

When I was on Ibrance my Dr had me taking a Claritin 1/2 hour before taking Ibrance. Worked miracles.

What did it do for you

It completely took my nausea away and brought my appetite back. I actually gained 5 pounds. Also none of swallowing that constant drainage.

I have been experiencing so much mucus drainage that I wake up chocking and gasping for air. My GP couldn't figure out whether a cold or allergies. I am now on Claritin which seems to be working. Cough syrup with condene and mucinex did nothing, in fact it seemed to make me worse. My oncologist didn't mention a connection with ibrance, but I've lived in my new home for 4 years and this is the first time I've had allergies here. I have been on ibrance 125 for 1 year. I was so glad to read others are experiencing same symptoms. God bless you all.

I have allergies and take Zyrtec daily. Doc recommended Claritin and naproxen but switched, as Zyrtec worked better for my allergies not just the pain.

I’ve learned that Claritin helps with nausea so it’s part of my daily regimen. Good luck!

Can’t contribute it to Ibrance since I started 4/24 but my allergies have definitely been worse. I commute between AZ and PA twice per month. It’s bad on both coasts.

Hi! Yes, unfortunately it happened a few times to me being dizzy and nauseous. I just had to take it easy that day and stay put, not doing much which frustrated me and made me angry and impatient or moody. Not too fun to be around. But this drug has so many different sideeffects that they take you by surprise not knowing what to expect from one cycle to the next... Fortunately I’m on a different drug now not as troublesome... Hang in there and God bless you through it!
