Has anyone gotten dizzy on Ibrance? I woke up today real dizzy. I am just starting the 2nd cycle. I did not get dizzy on the first cycle.

Has anyone experienced dizziness on Ibrance?
I am always dizzy and get rapid heartbeats a lot. 😞. After 8 months I still have it.
I do notice my balance is not as keen as it was. It’s so subtle not sure what the cause is. But believe dizziness can be a side effect of Ibrance.
I do get dizzy ... really, more light headed - never have passed out. And not every cycle
I actually have had a little bit of dizziness off and on. I found that, after hydrating, it subsided. Sometimes, it could be just a bit of dehydration, along with the new drug regimen. Good luck to you, Mimi! XXOO Linda
This is the kind of thing you should let your onc know about. Call and ask to speak with the nurse that works with the onc. Alot of different things can cause dizziness. If it's really head spinning and makes walking difficult to impossible, that should be reported ASAP. I had dizziness like that once, could not even get out of bed without help from my husband. Saw my primary care doc and it turned out to be an inner ear thing that was immediately fixed with his doing the Eppley maneuver with my head, a specific series of head movements, positioning, that gets the tiny crystals in the shell like part of the inner ear (can't think of the name at the moment) back into place. After his doing that, the diziness was totally gone. There are several other things that can cause dizziness and it's best to let your medical team figure it out for you.
Yes I was dizzy the first two cycles as well and then it went away. A month or so later it came back but with high heart rate and nausea. I went to see my PCP and he discovered I was dehydrated. After increasing salt intake and liquids like Gatorade it resolved in about a week.
I was dizzy on 125 mg dose for the first 3 months in summer 2016. Lowering it to 100 took care of that. Now I only get dizzy for the usual reasons (e.g. stand up too fast when gardening).
I get dizzy due that Ibrance cause low hemoglobin and I m anemic at first was worse but later the dizziness disappeared
I have had eye problems and rather severe balance problems with Exemestane. I am rather upset with my doctor as I have been complaining for months. I discovered on my own that it is the Exemestane. These doctors need to know what the side-effects of the drugs that they are prescribing are. They just seem to have the typical protocol and "move on down the line." The pharmacist told me that he doesn't think I will recover. I am 72 and it is threatening my independence. Personally, I liked him, but now am so frustrated that he didn't have a clue about what caused the vision and balance problem. I went to an eye doctor and a hearing and balance center. The problem isn't with my eyes. I was told that it had something to do with my post-polio syndrome and probably one of the drugs I was on or chemo that I had been exposed to. Another lady responded on this sight and she also had a problem with her vision and balance on Exemestane. She didn't have post-polio syndrome.
