Delta airlines gave us vouchers for missing our flight! Now that I’m feeling better I’m hoping we can go by October. I know some of you suggested I call them. They understand and where very sorry we missed our trip. Thanks for the suggestions and help, it worked. Thanks again!

I had similar great luck with Delta. When I flew to England for a tour and had to fly back the next day because my Mom was in the hospital, they changed the flights no hassle no fees. They also bumped my husband and I up to 1st class so we could sleep. We never asked. They were great. Glad they extended themselves to you!

Really because our family knows our medical bills and paid for everything. So I was so excited 😆!

Glad to hear they stepped up w flight vouchers. I had to cancel a Carnival cruise when I got the stage 2 dx in 2016. At first they charged me a $50 admin fee for each family member (6)! I let it go because I had bigger battles but after 60 days, followed up w them. They actually comped me $1,000 in cruise credit. I sent them records of my pathology report and phone records. I only requested for the $300 in fees to be made into a credit voucher. ....silver linings

Thanks, we have a year to decide when. Just coming off 3 months ago of strong chemo my body still recovering. So I still don’t know if we will make it this year. But thanks for thinking about me.😊
