What to expect when taking Verzenio? I need to start next week!

I am very frightened because a lot of women tend to have inexpressible nausea and diarrhea! I hope it will not be so bad! thanks for the reply and support Snowcone 16 😘

I started out on Ibrance in February. My WBCs dropped Solow that I wound up holding it more often than taking it ! Was switched to Verenzio because it

Has lower incidence of Neutropenia. I am doing better..tolerating 100 mg twice a day nausea but no worse than before it. Nothing else. They warned me of diarrhea but I am as constipated as usual. Hope you do well on it ! Everything has some side effects but dont convince yourself you have side side effects if you dont! Easy to do!

I'm sorry for the late reply, I'm in Europe all summer and I don’t spend a lot of time online. I’m doing great on Verzenio almost with out side effects. I have a test end of September and I hope for the best 🤞

Hi Sebina...what were you on before Verzenio? I have been on Ibrance and Letrozole, but tumor markers have been going up...slowly at first, but 293 as of yesterday. Oncologist wants to switch me to Verzenio and Faslodex. Glad to know your side effe ts are minimal.

I was on Kisqali and letrozole for a year and it stopped working after a year and my dr put me on Verzenio and Faslodex. Last week I had a first petscan and the result was great. the tumor on the left hip is still active and all other tumors (about 8-9 of them) have disappeared and are no longer active. Tumor markers went down from 144 to 104😊

I’m also using RSO and medical marijuana which is helping me with diarrhea and cramps ( side effects of Verzenio)
