I am a 17 year old male. I am masterbating from age of 15. But now I have no feeling when I reach the climax. I found it is termed as sexual anhedonia. Also I have premature ejaculations. Please advice some medicines to cure this problem. I have tried once a month, but no results improved. What to do?

Does excessive masterbation cause sexual anhedonia? And how to cure it?

the answer to your question is no, excessive masturbation doesn't cause it. Read here for PE help : webmd.com/men/what-is-prema...
But I have lost sexual sensation at climax. Does it because of PE??
No PE does not cause a loss of sensation, are you taking any medicines that could cause this
No medicines, then what is causing it
There are possibly psychosexual factors. It is unlikely it is due to any physical cause, but you would need to engage initially with a family doctor etc to investigate and manage further.
Please listen, when I started masterbation I was not aware of the process, at that time I just squeezed my penis, not gave stroke to it. Just by squeezing I ejaculated. Is this a possible cause of loss of pleasure?
What are psychosexual factors?
No that squeezing would not cause loss of pleasure. Psychosexual factors are issues like stress , anxiety , depression .
I think I can have anxiety and depression as I am preparing for HS exams. But would this totaly vanish my climax pleasure?
There is certainly a strong possibility of that
Then after my exams, when I will be free then will my pleasure come back?
I would certainly hope so
But from some resources front he internet, I have came to know that for doing excessive masterbation, our brains reward system and dopamine receptors gets damaged and for that we could feel the pleasure that we used to. Please state ur words.
If that was the case Mr Volt, then the human race would have stopped long ago, if there was no pleasure in sexual activity after masturbation. It is often natures way of discovering our own bodies in puberty. It is not the cause of your issues.
There are a lot of silly beliefs about masturbation. In the past people put about that it made you go blind - it doesn't but I do wear glasses - and that you would grow hair on the palms of your hands!
Very silly. Masturbation is - if you like - getting yourself to know what feels good to you and - hopefully - to accustom you to knowing how to give pleasure to other people when appropriate
Men and women are want to control their sexual feelings, but they can't do that, so they are doing masturbation. This is common for both genders. Men are losing their sexual feelings, because of doing masturbation so much time in a day or week. It will cause so many pain in body and mind. Few men are facing premature ejaculation (P.E) problem, because of doing masturbation and watching porn films. So men should stay away from these thing.
This PE problem is easily cure by following several methods. Many medicines and natural remedies available to cure in a simple way. To know more about Premature ejaculation treatment - assertmeds.com/premature-ej...
This is quite common as most people can't control their sexual feelings. Everyone's sex drive is different so when their partner or single people get "horny", they will masturbate, usually to porn. Men try not to maturbate as this could result of lost of sexual feelings when it comes to having sex with a partner. Masturbation won't do anything when it comes to health terms when alone or even with someone, but I recommend searching it up fully. Be careful how often you do it, as this might make you feel sore or cause pain. If this does happen, don't worry, it's not harmful and will be fine after a couple of hours but give it till the next day if possible.
Unfortunately, I can't give advice on premature masturbation but it's not caused by doing it a few times a day, week or month. I recommend reading this: webmd.com/men/what-is-prema...
I hope this helps.
