Well you mentioned you were having unprotected sex with someone who was having multiple partners - so even if you had no symptoms - an STI check is important. Most infections ( eg chlamydia ) don't have any symptoms. So even if you feel well you should get tested.
This is totally normal. I leak like that almost every day. You’re fine.
