Emptying Bladder/retention

hi guys,

What’s the longest time you go without emptying your bladder in the day?

when I wake up in morning il pee, and have a cuppa tea, then won’t go for around 5 hours!

It worries me as I have enlarged prostate and been in full retention before!

Agree. Don’t get dehydrated. That can adversely affect other organs.
