Over the past few years my seminal fluid has declined during ejaculation to almost nothing. I am 75. My PSA is 4.6 and my doctor's digital exam says all is normal. I read somewhere that a decline in seminal fluid production can be an indicator of prostate cancer. I have either benign prostatic hyperplasia or irritable bladder syndrome based on symptoms of nighttime urination and daytime frequency particularly when I consume caffeine, etc.
Best wishes to all.

I'm 69 with a similar PSA. I've been on Dutasteride for 15 years since being diagnosed with BPH. I'd attributed it to that. The medical profession don't understand why this is an issue for me.
Incidentally, night-time discomfort that I (rightly or wrongly) associatr with my bladder often results in poor sleep. I don't have the problem when I'm upright during the day. Is this commonly associated with BPH?
I salute you brother for staying strong at 75, seems you’re well blessed. If you had previously gone through external radiation treatments I’d have attributed your decline to that but absent that I’d say you get to your doctor for a serious conversation. If everything checks out okay other than that then I’ll tell you what a new friend told me. If you still get hard and have climaxes just stick it where you can’t see it and you won’t even know nothings coming out.
