White discharge from Penis, usually first thing in the morning.

Following a serious urinary tract infection and two courses of antibiotics. I've been left with a white discharge leaking from the head of my Penis. Sometimes feels blocked at the tip, but if I squeeze it, there will normally be a white discharge.

I've taken a tablet and used cream for thrush, but it didn't work.

Went back the docs and had a postate check, which led to a PSA blood test, which came back fine. I've been tested for kidney stones , diabetes and STIs, all have come back clear. Any help would be appreciated.
