High Blood Pressure

Hey so about a year ago I was at the gym and decided I really wanted to fet a feel for a pump so I bought this Pre-Workout C4 300mg Caffeine and I ended up in the hospital with heart palpitations and really bad high blood pressure. It took me a while to recover from it. So I had a very healthy way of living until now. About two weeks ago I got high blood pressure in public and then panicked ended up going to the cardiologist and he told me I had a normal heart rate and a normal heart. but told me that it is my mind that is over ruling my body. But I have headaches very light but I get them only at night I guess when I start to think a lot about life and my personal health. I need some help. I want to go back to my normal life style. any tips? any suggestions? what do I do?

The doctor is telling you about anxiety. Your body is warning you about something gone wrong. The caffeine may be too much for you. Many of us change as we age and the body wont allow us to do certain things that will harm us in the long run.

Pay attention to the warning signs..that palpitation of the heart may just mean you had something too strong for it to function right. Dont let it bother you too much but change what you have to. People always use to say..hey I use to be able to eat this or do that..now I cant. Well that's just the body warning you about change. Just change and make that your new normal.
