Pain on both right and left lower abdominal after erection

Hi I have pain on both sides right and left of lower abdomin after or during erection.

I have seen urologist a few times but seems no problem with urinal bladder,prostate, penis and testicles.They informed that this is common in man who are having long time erection.So muscle will be pain.Is it true?

And is there any alternative medication like herbs or natural supplements that can cure this?

I have same issues. I have asked doctors, urologists with no results. I have had pain in testicles as well with no diagnosis from health providers. So hoping somebody out there had a diagnosis to help us out.
