Very weak orgasms

Hi I've got a problem and hope someone can help... For as long as I can remember my orgasms have been very weak sometimes it's literally a tickle and nothing more. Is this more likely to be physical or psychological? I also have a burning feeling after sex but this isn't a std or a infection as I've tested negative for both of these. I also struggle to pee sometimes so could this be a prostate problem? Any help oz appreciated..

Do you have any tightness to your foreskin? Is your glans completely exposed when flaccid? If not what part of your glans is covered while flaccid? Have you been tested for STDS? Have you torn your frenulum at any point? Do you have a very tight grip when masterbating?

Hi no I wouldn't say I have a tight grip.. I don't have an STD. Any idea what the problem could be? I also forgot to mention I get occasional pain in my perineum and it's hard to to explain but its sometimes tickly and it feel like something is leaking

Almost certainly nothing to do with being circumcised or not.

Unless you mean ejaculation ? The foreskin can impede the 'flow', but from what you say probably not an issue here.

Jay73 suggests retrograde ejaculation for which you would need to visit your Doc. This is a possibility.

Can't recommend them but some online sex shops sell 'potions' alleged to improve this, but I would start with your diet and exercise.

Do a search of what vitamins may help.
