Testicles smaller after taking testosterone for 5 years.

Will HGH help my testicles return to normal size?. They have shrunk during the past 5 years as I have been injecting testosterone per doctor's direction.

Please advise, and can hgh be purchased over the counter?

I used to take HCG, but you really need to keep an eye on estridiol (E2) as it can really crank it up.
