Hi, I’m not long out of hospital with a blockage in my main coronary artery. Put on all the usual meds and told if I come off them I will have a heart attack!

So I have gone plant based and eating wholefoods only avoiding processed food, oil and sugar.

This diet should help to redress the blockage and get me off the meds in time.
