It's nice to know you are still going so long after bypass surgery.
My other half had a triple bypass at age 48 earlier this year and I do wonder how long he will keep going for.
We found out about his heart disease in dramatic style - he had a cardiac arrest while running. Thankfully their were plenty of people with him who knew how to give CPR and he made a good recovery. He is pretty much back to his normal self but doesn't have as much patience as before which is hardly surprising give what he has gone through.
My doc put me on colonzapam. .5 mg 2 x a day ( morning first thing and about 8 pm. ). This slows my heart from racing and steadies my nerves. Don't miss a dose , this is a controlled substance, has saved me ftom lashing out at people !! Fred
