I feel for you it's no surprise your scared! I know it's hard but try and stay calm cod stress is the worst thing for you. Keep going to the docs if your worried it's your body! Maybe it could be panic attacks? Hope u feel better soon x

If the doctors aren't finding anything and you're still having concerns, time to use a different approach, as unfortunately doctors don't always have all the answers. Here are a few options: acupuncture, magnesium, meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, Chiropractic, massage, identify stressors and reduce them, go for a walk, breathing, lie on the floor. I too had chest pains and found for me it was caused by low magnesium, way too high stress, lack of being in nature, simple walking. Acupuncture and Chiropractic have really helped me too. Chinese medicine has been around for thousands of years compared to allopathic medicine. Seems like it should have value. For me its all about results. If something I'm doing is getting results I do it, if not I stop doing it. I wish you well on finding what works for you.

Shannon, could you be suffering from anxiety? Have you asked you GP for a referral to get some talking therapy?
