Maybe those Members who are savvy with the video world could re-submit these videos to Youtube and other video sources to increase their popularity! Barrie

They are videos, I believe, that are the same ones they put up in 2006, so they would not mention arms from 7 years ago. Will go look. All of the "informational RLS videos" were put up years ago, so they are old and out of date. When I see something "new" I have not seen before, I always look at the date first. The Health Guru videos are a perfect example of information that should be updated. They may have updated info on the Health Guru web site. will put that on my "to do" list.

Hi nightdancer, Thanks for the reply and the insight to the history of these videos. The Health Guru site was where I saw them so the site has not been updated. I wish I was into the 'Video' side of the internet, I would be updating these video now. Lets hope that there is someone out there who might kindly do that for us and someone else who knows about posting and exposing them to as many people as possible on the internet. Barrie.
