I am low on Folic Acid, would it be worthwhile taking iron supplements as well as Folic Acid?

You need to get your ferritin tested to know. You said your iron levels are OK.

Yes. Take folic acid as directed by your GP and take iron if your serum ferritin is below 200ųg and your percentage saturation is below 45%.And of course- keep slowly reducing Ropinirole.

Raising brain iron only helps around 50%. If you've been on Ropinirole- it can cause permanent damage to dopamine receptors, meaning that iron infusions and gabapentinoids often fail to work.
