my wife has suffered with diverticalisis acid reflux.also inflamed arteries .waiting months just to get on hospital waiting list .can any one offer some help to combat these problems.shankly

My wife took a ton of meds for both conditions until she came across this guy. Soon after we went total plant based eat all u want both cleared up as well as rheumatoid arthritis with no side effects she had on meds. What we eat effects our insides. Meds only cover up the problem. Now we live on starches- potatoes, beans rice grains, winter squash along with veggies and fruit.

The entire site I posted has useful info. Sign up for free monthly newsletter. Check site's McDougall Stars for people who have had similar conditions. On Netflix watch Forks Over Knives. Try eating by the Doc's recommendations for one month. If u take meds for hypertension u may have to reduce or stop them as BP normalizes. We developed a dozen plant based meals we like that are easy to fix and rotate through them. Now and then my wife finds an interesting recipe and just modifies it to eliminate animal/dairy and substitute more healthful ingredients. Good luck.
