Just wanted to let people know that after augmented on Rotigotine (Neupro patch ) , I did an aesthetics course . On the course they gave me a free B12 injection , (my blood did not state i was low in this but i was low in ferritin ) was due to have an iron transfusion , but they cancelled it . Anyway - the RLS reduced a lot! I have given myself another B12 injection one month later (I am a nurse ) and it has really reduced the RLS . The NHS won’t do it , so if you wanted one , many private clinics or people running aesthetics businesses do - they cost £25-30 pounds each . Just wanted to put it out there in case it may help others . I do give them, but I am probably based away from you guys in The UK and abroad. But it may help you . Just FYI 😊 Lola x

I just gave myself a B12 injection, 30 units. Hopeful that tonight will be peaceful. Thanks for the tip!!
No worries ! it might just be coincidence- as last night i felt really restless again 😭. but that may be because i’ve been put on antibiotics. I tempted fate by posting this I think . Let me know if this helps your rls though as it could just be because i have an infection
