Hi all, finally saw a Neurologist this week after waiting years. She was quite knowledgeable and , rather like when you go to the dentist and the toothache goes, over the last couple if weeks I have had a but of a reprieve with my rls! Still getting 2 really bad nights on average but coping with the rest of the week when symptoms have been much milder. I have decided to stick with Rotigotine patches for another 6 months when I don't have any commitments. She has offered support when I decide to come off them, but doesn't favour Tramadol. She talked about Ledopa which I refused and we agreed on an increase in iron and if the patches still give some relief, postpone withdrawal . She has arranged a follow up in 6 months.

Who did you see? It's extremely concerning that she mentioned levodopa.
That is the worst drug ever. It will quickly cause severe augmentation.
