Is there anyone using rick simpson Oil

im battling breast cancer which has spread to my lymph despite treatment. i also started Rick simpson oil from NatureRso and the lymph has disappeared but i still have the cancer. my doctor told me it could be a sign its working for me but i can't rely on the rick simpson oil. is is there anyone who is battling cancer with Rick Simpson oil?
