Foot massagers. Hi everyone. Who has tried foot massagers? Which brand would you recommend? Prefer to buy one in the UK, where I live. I have relatively mild RLS , but also have burning sensations in my shins, particularly since I increased Amiodipine dosage...btw compression socks are quite helpful to me at night. Phillip.

Rather than increase the Amlodipine, it might be better to take a different medication in addition.

That spreads the risk of increased side effects.

I take 5mg of Amlodipine, and 10 mg of Olmersatin. Works well.

Try stretches for your feet and lower legs, they might help you out.

I borrowed a foot massager and circulation stimulator from a friend and didn’t see any benefit. I realised it wasn’t going to help when my RLS started while actually using the device. My friend finds it helps but then they also find going to sleep quickly helps as well which is fairly unusual.
