Would anyone recommend an electric foot massager - its my feet rather than legs that are restless

Never worked for me but you could try it and see if it works for you. Everyone is different.

What gives me relief, I also have it mainly in my feet, is taping is very tightly with velcro, it relieves a lot.

I have it just in my feet also on the whole. Electric massager doesn't work for me the creeping just comes back as soon as I stop massaging.

I tried a foot massager and it helped some. It didn't work for prevention but when I woke up in the middle of the night with symptoms, I did get some relief from it.

A deep kneading shiatsu type massager has given me some relief but any fast, vibrating types tend to make things worse. I also can't wear Crocs as they have little nodules on the footbed (a bit like a rubber nail bed!), presumably to 'massage' the feet while walking. That just seems to fire things up for me.
