Copper water vessels

Copper water has health benefits, I don't know if they can help with augmentation, I suspect that it can.

Place water in clean polished copper vessels over night for about 8 hours and drink 3 cups per day to get the benefit of copper ions

I put my partner on the copper water yesterday, most of the augmentation has gone, she also took a little organic apple cider vinegar in water, 2 drops of lugols iodine and garlic water.

The reason that copper vessels are lined is to prevent excess copper being ingested. Cooking fruit in an unlined vessel is a particular problem. Given how hit and miss it is to use water from copper vessels it may be better to check out copper-containing foods. It is possible to have excessive copper intake and this can have serious effects on the liver and heart.

Copper ions are likely different from copper from foods, copper water vessels need to be polished clean before use, you don't want copper corrosion,

I think it's helpful to establish whether things actually help RLS before posting them here. Reporting on personal experience is one thing, but dumping a whole load of untested and non-specific "health advice" in a forum such as this, is another.

Most people get sufficient copper from their diets especially if it is varied, if you supplement copper it's important to know the symptoms of copper toxicity beforehand. youtu.be/ag_zIYWiqaE?si=l5V...

Copper vessels have been used for thousands of years, and the result I have had with my partner have been good, copper can be toxic, especially if you don't polish the vessel before use or you leave the water longer than the recommended time, or if you drink to much or it.

Copper ions are different molecular structure than that in food, copper metal in food is not the same as copper ions

Copper is an element, a molecule is a group of atoms of different elements. An ion is an atom with positive or negative charge, otherwise they are the same.

Copper is a mineral that you need to stay healthy. Your body uses copper to carry out many important functions, including making energy, connective tissues, and blood vessels. Copper also helps maintain the nervous and immune systems and activates genes. Your body also needs copper for brain development.

Excess enteral iron inhabits copper absorption in humans.

High iron consumption causes copper depletion and deficiency.

Sudden acute copper poisoning is rare, however iron poisoning is one of the most toxic ingestion can cause organ failure and death, and is one of the most deadly amongst children,

Copper is essential for absorbing iron, when copper levels are low, the body absorb less iron, causing iron deficiency. Copper helps the body absorb iron, iron is a front line treatment for RLS, many people do not get enough copper in their diet.
