I have been suspect of Dr. Gundry's claims about Lectins. Here is a good article pros/cons about the product.

There are many similar (and cheaper) products on Amazon - maybe compare ingredients and pricing - read the reviews which are actually quite positive.
Since there is a "gut-connection" with RLS - it's all worth a try.
