Bupenorphine (Morphine Sulphate)

Morphine Sulphate is oral, liquid morphine. Completely different to Buprenorphine. The RLS UK and Mayo Clinic guidelines set out the average doses of drugs for refractory RLS.
Morphine is 15-45mg daily so if you are taking 2.5ml a day, it is far below the starting and average dose.
Buprenorphine is taken as a pill or patch and average dose for RLS is around 1.5 -2mg a day.
Also, are you still on 300mg pregabalin? There is a risk of respiratory depression when you take pregabalin AND opioids, usually if there's a history of respiratory issues. Buprenorphine has the lowest risk of respiratory depression and if it helps your severe RLS, you could then slowly reduce the pregabalin.
I agree with Joolsg.
I take 12.5mls of oramorph. Your dose is too low. Increase it gradually until you find the amount that helps.
Please make sure you know which medication you actually have before changing the dosage
