Here is a link on Potassium to help with the symptoms of RLS. I hope this is helpful for some. I take my dose along with Magnesium Glycinate around 8 pm, along with Magnesium oil on my legs. I’m also prescribed Oxycodone 5 mg every 6 hours, along with Baclofen for PLMD. Sometimes, I need to use compression socks if it flares up. Good luck to everyone. I’m grateful to live in the USA, and I have a great Functional Medical MD. It’s hard to find a Dr who will treat you properly, even in the US.

How do you find the oxycodone 5mg lasting the six hours or longer?
Does this control your RLS?
I read the research results - astounding! I'm surprised this hasn't garnered more attention. It seems likely that potasium citrate would help a lot of RLS sufferers. I, for one, will be trying this. My only quibble with the paper is the casual mention of the DA's with no explicit mention of augmentation. Caveat emptor.
