I’d recommend the book Super Gut from Dr. Davis. He use some particular benefical probiotic strains to make yogurt from them, thus the CFU is way higher than in the capsules. The strains are from Lactobacillus Reuteri, Bacillus Coagulans and Lactobacillus Gasseri species.
If you're looking for a pill form, my GI doctor recommended Align or Florastor. He cautioned to stop after a month or so because the science isn't there yet.
I would suggest that you add fermented vegetables, kifir, yogurt, etc. I eat Kimchi every day. For a supplement try LP299V - Jarrow makes it. There is a connection with RLS and SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth). I assumed I had that (never tested for it) but here is more info on SIBO...
