How to access the RLS special accommodations card

I joined the RLS foundation for $40 and they listed all the perks but they didn’t say how to pull it up and print it out. I emailed the organization and they haven’t emailed me yet. What do I do because I’m going on a long flight in February

Go to the Members Portal and login. At the top you will see a place to Search. Enter it there and it will bring up a 24 hits including where you can download it.

I received a packet in the mail, a week or so after joining. Perhaps yours is in the mail as well.

thank you. Maybe it will come. Sue told me how to get it online and that worked. Have you ever used the card on a long flight and was it to your advantage if so?

I fly all the time. What benefits are you expecting the RLS card to help with? I have never met anyone who knows anything about RLS or that card on an airplane.

If I get very uncomfortable and need to stand up, I simply walk to the plane’s lavatory farthest away from my seat and I always choose an aisle seat. I am careful to coordinate flights for times when I am medicated, if possible.

No question having severe RLS and long flights are not ideal but I deal with it frequently. Good luck!
