I’ve been reading g about Tyrosine deficits in TLS. My question is if it converttoL-Dooa and then to Dooamine, could it cause augmentation?

I wouldn't worry about the OTC Tyrosine. The amount of levodopa it is converted to is not enough to cause augmentation.
