I’ve been using kratom to mitigate my RLS symptoms for several years. Shortly after topping up my supply for the year, I switched to buprenorphine. Rather than sell my kratom inventory, I’d like to gift it to RLS sufferers. In return, I ask that you consider voluntarily contributing to the American Kratom Association.
If you live in a jurisdiction where kratom is legal and are interested, please private message me for further details. I’m in the US.

I think the level of buprenorphine one takes for RLS is very person-specific and that one should ideally experiment (starting with the smallest possible amount) to figure out how much is necessary to mitigate symptoms. That said, I use 20mcg skin patches that are supposed to last 7 days. My experience is that they take about a day to ramp up and then start to wind down after 4-5 days. I supplement them with sub-lingual buprenorphine tablets. The smallest those tablets come is 2 mg, and I cut them in half and usually work with half-tablets. I also will make a dental plug here, because of the published concerns about the effect of those tablets on teeth. I hold them under my tongue until dissolved and then immediately rinse my mouth with baking-soda-water (teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water) which is very alkaline, followed by a tooth-decay-inhibiting mouthwash.
As to the when, if I'm taking tablets, I take them in the morning and in the evening. They're supposed to last 12 hours, but I find that the mitigating effect often wears out before then, so I might end up taking three doses in a 24-hour-period. As for the patches, I just replace them at about the same time on the same day of each week (e.g., Monday afternoon).
