Has anyone used Butrans or buprenorphine for chronic pain? I am scared it will aggravate my restless legs.... Any help is appreciatied. This is the patch form.

It is an opioid and won't make your RLS worse and in fact will help them.
It will help your RLS. However, if you're on dopaminergic drugs like Ropinirole/Pramipexole/neupro patch, it would be better to reduce them and eventually get off them and the butrans patch will cover pain & RLS.
