MAJOR SUCCESS!

Hi, I'm new here but my RL been ongoing years. I recently had months of severe rl and even arms affected, very distressing & sleep severely disturbed.

So I did notice some relief with liquid iron which had b12 vit c but I'd forget, then take weeks to get back there!

However I recently increased lemon juice with pulp I drink and take it 7 or 8pm diluted with cordial. I think a week or 2 later I'm so much improved I cautiously feel cured!

Lemons actually strengthen your veins in many ways and help muscles. I've added a link to explain the lemon benefits it is written by a GP.... HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE x

Anyone on opiates be aware that lemon juice is an opiate inhibitor, and can interfere with its action. As can grapefruit and even Seville oranges. ( Think marmalade)😜

Thanks for that, Madlegs. I would have tried the lemon and spent the night thrashing about thinking my opiates weren't working any more.

Hey, if you take your lemon juice say 1-2 hours before you take your opiates, you may find in couple of weeks you may not need them, if you are just taking for restless legs, that is. Xxx

Must point out that if you take the juice 1 to 2 hours before opiate, should be ok x
