Relaxis did work for me

Sorry to hear that Relaxis is no longer available! After months of sleep irregularity as my symptoms continued to worsen, I got desperate enough to spend $700 (US) knowing that they offered a 30 day return policy. The personal follow up by their customer service department was incredible, checking in with me each week for that first month. Within a few months my symptoms totally disappeared. Occasionally now (2 years later), I may get a symptom. If so, I use the cushion that night. Couldn't be happier.

They have ceased production because they cannot get Medicare Reimbursement payments. They do say it is temporary... myrelaxis.com/start-your-tr...

Yes I saw that! Hopefully they will get Medicare approval and can lower that price.

I got the Relaxis pad and you're right about the customer service. He was very caring and very helpful. However, the Relaxis pad itself didn't seem to help after a few weeks, and then seemed to make the symptoms worse. I stopped using it. It sits in my closet in the box it came in, $700 I'll never see again. On to the next hopeful miracle to relieve my nightly torture.

You should sell it to Naominiki at a reduced price!
