It’s only been a month but I am sleeping all night again! Just wondering if anyone else has had any long term success taking tiny doses of D-9 THC with CBD? And, has anyone been able to manage their RLS symptoms with only taking THC/CBD?

Microdosing is working for me!
I can't comment as I've only tried medically prescribed CBD oil but I'm wondering what constitutes a micro dose of THC/CBD?
I am currently taking an ultra low dose of naltrexone and find that is helping my general health.
Yes! Works for me too. 2.5mg of thc is enough for me and there are no psychological effects either.
Hi, could you tell me where to get this combination to try it.
I buy it online. lumigummies.com/
I get great help with vaping medically prescribed cannabis - I use it when the symptoms are at their worse - usually about 2 - 4 in the morning. I get it in my back and legs. I don't microdose - just inhale enough to make my body and mind relax and I fall asleep. The wonderful thing about vaping it is it is quick and effective. The oil works well but you need to take it a few hours before bed. Important to get the right variety of bud that minimises the psychoactive effect but maximises the body relaxation effect.
I take it and I sleep well because I pass out however it doesn’t touch my RLS it just helps me sleep and you can get it anywhere mostly 😊
Hi! So, you are taking Delta 9 and nothing else for RLS?!? I've been using Delta 8, 50 mg gummies, which are great for sleep but do not help my RLS.
Both of us have receptor damage from the DA's, so I appreciate any details you can share. Thanks!
Sadly the relief using Delta 9 was very short lived. It doesn’t work at all for me. I was hoping I would be able to replace opioids with CBD/THC - although my RLS specialist was quite doubtful it was a successful strategy. He was correct. I have been on low dose Methadone for about 3 years. For me opioids, have been a game changer. I am super grateful that, as of yesterday, opioid prescribing restrictions in the US have been loosened. Prior to this, I had always been concerned that RLS patients would be collateral damage of the opioid crisis.
Thank you, DataRN. Sorry it no longer works though. We definitely have been collateral damage these last years-I went through hell when methadone was cut off twice. I just saw a brief thing on the news about opioids and loosening of restrictions but I didn't get the details. I wonder if that would help me now? Thanks for mentioning it. Because of that and other reasons, I have been trying to find a non-opioid solution, too.
