If everyone buying goods online for Christmas and generally uses Give as You Live & Amazon Smile and nominates RLS-UK/Ekbom association charity number 1140744, we can raise money for this website and our charity.

I usually use it on Amazon but wondered why no donations were showing up in my account. Amazon no longer work with Give as You Live- they have their own charitable giving called Amazon Smile. You have to change your Amazon account settings to nominate RLS UK. It didn't recognise the charity by name- I had to use the charitable number.

Enter 1140744 and remember to use Amazon Smile before clicking purchase.

Thank you for putting this up Jools. I was very disappointed to find out, quite some time ago now, that Amazon no longer worked with Give as you Live.

I tried using Amazon Smile the other day but the products I wished to purchase were unfortunately not eligible for Amazon Smile. Apparently eligible products are marked "Eligible for smile.amazon.co.uk donation" on their product detail pages.

It’s annoying. But on a more positive note -Tesco mobile give very generously- I renewed a £9 a month sim contract & they donated £10! That’s over 10%.
