Hi, I have been havingsome success with deep heat herbal rub. Of course I am still on meds and it is only a distraction but I find it so blooming hot it distracts my brain from the RLS sometimes just long enough to get to sleep. I find it works best for me when rubbed on back of the knees and front and back of the thighs. I have tried deep freeze spray and products containing menthol before with no positive effect but this definitely helps.

Maybe it is purely the "pain " of the heat over riding the RLS sensations for me .Guess its like when you stub your toe your knee stops hurting for a while for example .I dont comment much but i see everything π
Tiger Balm has menthol so will work like the deep freeze. I bought some ages ago to try, and oh boy, i could stand the camphur smell had to wash it off.
