My sister in law just had a knee replaced and was prescribed a device by BERG which pumps cold water through pads which are wrapped around her knee, cooling the knee. Not wetting it
I've found that cooling my lower legs and feet reduces my rls. Cooling and elevating is even better. Has anyone tried a cooling machine? Thanks.

My husband had knee replacement and I have that ice machine but never tried it for my RLS but I am going to get it out and try it for sure now!! Do you do one leg at a time or what?? Thanks
I haven't tried the machine. I run cold water on legs, tried ice packs, stood in cool backyard pool, tried pet cooling blanket. All help a bit. I understand the machine has different pads available. I'd start with what you have, then if it helps find the best shape pad you can. Good luck. Please reply to this with any results.
Anything cold on my feet starts my rls. A cool breeze hits my feet it starts, I walk on cold tikes I'm in for it. I som8do hot therapy. Hot water pounding on my feet will give me temporary relief
