No more alcohol

Hi there, I have now finally given up my glass of wine in the evening and have instead one or two glasses of low calorie Tonic water. Result: I find it easier to fall asleep at bedtime and no RLS. A win-win situation. Am on 3 mg Neupropatch.

Alcohol will block your dopamine neuroreceptors after a couple of hours. Alcohol is a well known trigger for RLS.

Apart from the neurological effects it has a high calorific content which may also contribute.
