Hi I am moedeloos from South Africa. Stay in Cape Town. Have rls for 15years. Want to try medical marijuana for rls. Please help. Thanx.

It works for some but not everyone. Strains that I have heard are helpful for rls are: strawberry cough and critical mass though I am sure others are also. You need a blend of thc and cbd. It is better to take it as an edible as it lasts for longer - about 4 hours - though it also takes about an hour to take effect after you have ingested it. You can convert any street cannabis to an edible by effectively dissolving it in oil but it is a particular process and you should access some instructions online - youtube and reddit are your friends here.

Sorry, meant to say, kratom tends to be more reliably effective than cannabis against rls and can be obtained by post (even if it is not strictly legal) as it has no smell.

Thanx for the info about kratom. Find a shop in Cape Town who sells it.
