Blood pressure tablets that don’t give RLS?

I am seeing my doctor soon and would like to know if anyone can tell me which blood pressure tablets don’t give RLS symptoms ? X

thanks I noticed last night that one glass of wine and 2 coffees made me slightly more jerky again last night and a feeling of being wide awake when woken up later this morning but kalm tablets made me eventually go back to sleep x will be off the wine and caffeine now for a while x

Yeah- you'll figure out what sets you off and what's ok. And also what price you're prepared to pay for the delights of life!😆

Everyone is different and have different triggers.

A food diary is a useful tool to help figure things out.

I’ve read that beetroot lowers blood pressure within minutes and has been given to some atheletes before competing in an event. They did improve on their performances. I’ve also read that walnut oil relaxes the arteries. I’ve only found it in one supermarket in the UK and it starts with the letter ‘S’.
