Magnesium spray hasn’t worked!

Hi all.

Obviously I bought the spray knowing that every person takes to it differently, but thought I would try it first to see. When I get my restless legs at I also get very hot kegs too. The spray hasn’t eased my RLS unfortunately, as I wake up with RLS and the spray seems to have made my legs hotter which then triggers the RLS. On the other hand the CBD OIL is working great 👍🏼

Magnesium spray, or baths or taking them as pills never helped my RLS. Glad the CBD oil is working. I use a deep freeze spray sometimes, its cooling, and its the menthol in it which helps. So, any product which has menthol in the ingredients can help. But another try it and see product. It doesnt work for me every time, but when it does i at least get an hr or two sleep.

What make freeze spray do you use Elisse? x

Magnesium doesn’t seem to make any difference to my Rls either.

So brilliant that CBd oil is working. Wish it had been effective for me 😔

RLS treatment is so hit and miss and varies between people. I still wonder if sodium / salt may be a significant factor. I will try the CBD oil. Thanks folks and good luck.

They sell CBD oil at Holland and Barrett but I have never used it (yet) and not sure if it is strong enough for rls. Perhaps someone can confirm if they have used this particular one.

I bought mine online, looked at the reviews and did some research before buying. Holland and Barrett do sell yes for 19.99

Holland and Barrett is under Jacob Hooy CBD + oil but if you just put CBD in capitals in the search engine it will come up.

I take 3 0.5 Pramipaxole pills daily starting at 5 in the evening. I would dearly love to wean myself off of them. Magnesium spray was not the answer.

Hi lou_lou89. The spray never worked for me either. But lately, I seem to be having some success with the Magnesium liquid. 100mg per (dropper) usage. I fill one dropper in the morning, in half a glass of water (it tastes horribly so have a cracker or a piece of apple or banana at the ready as a chaser). And then another dropper full in the evening, two hours before bed. Again in a half glass of water. It has not eliminated my RLS, but the amount of episodes of leg spasms waking me up has radically decreased. The mag. makes me sleepier too, which I welcome. Also, I cut out all artificial sweetners. Stevia, in my case. Perhaps that has helped too.
