Along with antibiotics i have been prescribed to fight Cellulitis, i have been give antihistamine for the burning itch, have been taking the antibiotics, but scared to take the antihistamine in case it worsens my RLS, what can anyone advise me

There are some anti histamines that are alright for RLS - Loratadine, desloratadine and fexofenadine. These are non sedating and don’t cross the blood-brain barrier.

I have been taking levocetirizine (Xyzall) for hay fever for years. It has no effect on my RLS.
Try Co Q 10. No prescription needed. I took 800mg in am. it worked well. I no longer have to take it.
