I have RLS. Like the other person I have found out cutting out sugar helps. I do not eat bread after 10.00 am and avoid white carbs. I also take B12, Magnesium spray on legs, and one iron tablet 3 times per week at night.

It’s a lot better than it was.

Glad it helps you. :) I have zero food triggers, except alcohol, and I have not had that for over 30 years, never liked it anyway. alcohol is common trigger.
