Don't look it as Targinact that is only a name. The ingredients are Oxycodone and Naltroxone. Unless you are injecting the Naloxone isn't a big deal.
The Oxy is a well used drug to treat RLS and many find it effective - I wouldn't put off using it because that particular combination hasn't been used for long.
