I tried it and it did absolutely nothing for my severe RLS.

However, if you have occasional, mild RLS you could give it a try. What works for someone may work for you and it's relatively cheap.

Thank you. It seems to do nothing for some. I won't be giving up my prescription meds but could use something additional at times.

Homeopathy has absolutely no credible research results.

If you have more money than sense- then spend your money.

Placebo is a very effective medication.

Good luck.

My family went to a highly qualified Homoeopath whose treatment cured my son's very nasty, 18-month-long Glue Ear, after endless infections and anti-biotics, a burst ear-drum and two unsuccessful operations to fit grommits. The consultant had decided to remove his adenoids "to see if that'll work", but at his final appointment before surgery he looked in my 7-year-old's ear and was amazed. He declared in astonishment "he's cured!", just as if it had been he who did it.

My children benefitted enormously from homoeopathic treatment; another time they both had a serious, painful and lengthy and incurable infections in their nether regions. After many attempts at treatment the medical profession finally told me they could do no more for them. They were both cured by Homoeopathy within a fortnight and had no recurrance.

The problem with Homoeopathy is that it is only as effective as the person who is practicing it. It should not be sold on the shelf because people are uneducated in its uses, and the fact that tailor-made remedies are usually needed because what suits me is unlikely to suit you.

My late father, after a lifetime of severe Asthma, had treatment at the NHS Homoeopathic Hospital in Bristol. He was dubious, but afterwards, at the age of 59 he put away his inhaler and never used it again in his life.

I tried them a few years back and they did not work for my severe case of RLS. I try every recommendation that I come across. The newest that works for another person that I have not tried yet is 2 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of water with 2 Tbs. of honey. I am currently on Ropinirole which does work for me.

I have a mild case of rls and these DO work for me. I also increase my iron, potassium and magnesium when I'm having discomfort. Hope that helps

Thank you! I'll definitely pick some up then because I'm usually a milder case unless I've taken too many rx meds/supplements/sugar/caffeine/antihistamines etc that raise seratonin levels (recent discovery). I also have tested low on potassium in the past and feel it helps to take a supplement but then I forget. Will take that and magnesium right now.

It has helped me. I take gabapentin at 9:00 pm and sometimes if I don't fall asleep til 12:30 or so my legs start to mildly twitch again. I dissolve 2 tablets under my tongue and am asleep within 5 minutes.

Grammie12, how are u doing ?? I wanted to get in touch with u but I did not have a chance.

I just wrote the following. Let me know what you think if u can. Alia22

I am going to send to many of you the following info for RLS sufferers.

Like I posted few times, lately, I have been suffering most of the nights with severe RLS syndrome due to augmentation and not only I could not sleep but my body got so agitated and exhausted that I did not know what to do with myself. Many of you tried to help me with their experience and now I would like to share with you what happened since Friday night.I don't know how I said to myself, let me see if homeopathy has something for restless legs, not really believing that it can help such suffering. So I ordered from Amazon, Boiron (the leading name in homeopathy) Leg Pain Relief (for Restless Legs-Leg

Cramps-Shooting Pain)for about $11.99 for prime members and one day later I received it and took it as they say in the directions and incredible but true, for the first time, in a long time I did not experience any uncomfortable feeling and I slept peacefully without any problem, taking also like usually my Lyrica plus Pramipexole that usually don't help but not this time, thanks to Boiron. So for 3 days now, thank God, I have only justified praise for this homeopathy medicine. Nothing to fear since it does not have any side effect, nothing to lose to try it and please note that I don't work for Boiron or any homeopathy website or anything like that. Before I forget it's called Zincum metallicum 6C and it comes with 2 other tubes (not for RLS) but use only the one for RLS (Zincum...) . On Amazon, type "Boiron for Restless Legs" and a box with Leg Pain Relief will appear and that's the one. Now it's has been only 3 days but I am so excited to feel "normal again" that I cannot wait to tell u about this. Now may be most of you know already about this in case I think I just discovered "America" and if you do already, no harm done, I am the one who spent time writing this and if it can help you, I will be as happy for you as I am for myself right now. Tomorrow will be another day and still hope that this wonderful result will last. write to me if you have any question I can answer about this. All the best to all. Alia22

I did get some and it does help. I've also been drinking tonic water before bed because the quinine helps.
